About

Plenty of people want to help. We made it simple.

Bills land at the worst times. And lots of people would happily put a tenner towards a stranger's electric if they knew it would really get there.

Why Bill Pal

The gap we're closing

When someone's short on a bill, the usual options are asking friends and family, a fundraising page, or getting further behind. Fundraisers pay out to a person, so people giving have to take it on trust, and the one asking has to share far more than they'd like.

Bill Pal does it the other way round. The bill is the thing people help with, not the person's bank account. Each one is checked, helpers can see exactly what they're paying towards, and every penny is paid to the supplier against that bill.

It means the person asking keeps their dignity and privacy, and the person helping knows it worked.

Who we are

Made in Pontypridd

Bill Pal is designed and built by DH Website Services, a small team in Pontypridd, South Wales, that makes apps and websites. DH Website Services is a trading name of David Hooper Home Limited.

We check the bills, we look after the supplier list, and we answer the messages that come in through the app.
